Dr. Stephen L. Rozman is a professor of political science and director of the Center for Civic Engagement & Social Responsibility at Tougaloo College. He is also founder and co-director of the HBCU Faculty Development Network, the leading faculty development network for historically black colleges and universities. He has directed numerous faculty development projects at Tougaloo College and has hosted workshops, conferences, and summer institutes related to civic engagement and service-learning.
